TDI-8304 is a macrocyclic peptide and a potent, noncovalent, and species-selective inhibitor of the Plasmodium falciparum 20S proteasome (Pf20S) . It exhibits high selectivity over human proteasomes, making it a valuable chemical probe for studying malaria parasite biology and for antimalarial drug discovery research in vitro.
