TH-Z827 is a mutant-selective small molecule inhibitor targeting KRAS (G12D) with an IC50 of 2.4 μM, showing no activity against KRAS (WT) or KRAS (G12C) . It also disrupts the KRAS (G12D) -CRAF interaction (IC50 = 42 μM) . This compound is a valuable research tool for investigating mutant-specific KRAS signaling in cancer cell-based and biochemical assays.
