DMEA-PNU-159682 (D12) is a cytotoxic small molecule derived from the neomycin metabolite MMDX and is the active warhead of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) . It is a potent DNA-alkylating agent used in cancer research, demonstrating efficacy in both in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo tumor model studies.
