NH-bis (m-PEG8) is a bifunctional polyethylene glycol (PEG) linker used to construct PROTAC molecules. It connects a target protein ligand to an E3 ubiquitin ligase recruiter, enabling targeted protein degradation via the ubiquitin-proteasome system in both cellular and in vivo research.
