NH-bis (PEG4-Boc) is a bifunctional PEG linker used to construct PROTAC molecules. It connects a target protein ligand to an E3 ligase ligand, enabling targeted protein degradation via the ubiquitin-proteasome system in both cellular and in vivo research applications.
