Acetylene-linker-Val-Cit-PABC-MMAE
LCB14-0602 is a cleavable drug-linker conjugate designed for constructing antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) . It features the valine-citrulline (Val-Cit) dipeptide linked to the cytotoxic payload monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) via a self-immolative PABC spacer. This construct is widely used in ADC research for targeted cancer therapy, enabling the selective release of MMAE in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
