PROTAC CDK9 degrader-2
PROTAC CDK9 degrader-2 (compounds 11c) is a potent and selective CDK9-targeting PROTAC with an IC50 of 17 μM in MCF-7 cells. It is constructed by linking a CDK9 ligand to the natural product Wogonin, which binds the E3 ligase CRBN. This molecule is a useful chemical tool for studying CDK9 biology and targeted protein degradation in cancer research models.
