DBCO-Val-Cit-OH
DBCO-Val-Cit-OH is a cleavable linker used in constructing antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for targeted cancer therapy. Its valine-citrulline dipeptide sequence is selectively cleaved by cathepsin B in the lysosomes of cancer cells, enabling the controlled release of cytotoxic payloads in both in vitro and in vivo research models.
