DM4-SPDP
DM4-SPDP is a heterobifunctional crosslinker that conjugates the cytotoxic agent DM4 to antibodies via a reducible disulfide bond, forming antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) . It is widely used in ADC research for targeted cancer therapy, enabling both in vitro conjugation and in vivo delivery of potent antitubulin payloads.
