DSPE-PEG46-Folate is a heterobifunctional PEG linker used to construct PROTAC molecules for targeted protein degradation. It enables the recruitment of E3 ubiquitin ligase to folate receptor-positive cells, facilitating proteasomal degradation in both in vitro and in vivo cancer research models.
