KB02-SLF is a molecular glue-type PROTAC that induces nuclear FKBP12 degradation by covalently engaging the E3 ligase DCAF16. This compound is used in chemical biology and targeted protein degradation research to study FKBP12 function in both cellular and in vivo models.
