Lenalidomide-C9-aldehyde
Lenalidomide-C9-aldehyde is a cereblon ligand-linker conjugate used to synthesize PROTAC degraders. For example, it is a key component of INY-03-041, a potent pan-Akt degrader effective in cellular studies, which selectively degrades Akt1, Akt2, and Akt3 isoforms with low nanomolar IC50 values.
