M-PEG-mal (MW 2000) is a heterobifunctional polyethylene glycol linker used to conjugate ligands in the construction of PROTAC molecules. It facilitates targeted protein degradation via the ubiquitin-proteasome system and is widely applied in both in vitro and in vivo proteolysis-targeting chimera research.
