M-PEG8-DBCO is a heterobifunctional PEG linker used to construct PROTAC molecules, connecting a target protein ligand to an E3 ligase ligand. This enables targeted protein degradation via the ubiquitin-proteasome system and is applied in both cellular and in vivo degradation studies.
