Vc-seco-DUBA is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) linker-payload conjugate, combining the DNA alkylating agent DUBA via a Vc-seco linker. It is a research tool for developing ADCs with potent antitumor activity, applicable in both in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo xenograft model studies.
