NAMPT inhibitor-linker 1 is a conjugate for constructing antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) . When coupled to an anti-c-Kit antibody, the resulting ADC-3 demonstrates potent in vitro activity against c-Kit-positive cell lines such as GIST-T1 and NCI-H526, with IC50 values in the picomolar range.
