SD-36
SD-36 is a potent and selective STAT3 degrader (Kd ~50 nM) that suppresses STAT3 transcriptional activity. It exhibits antitumor effects in gliomas by inhibiting Mcl-1, leading to growth arrest and apoptosis in both cellular and animal models.
