SNIPER (ABL) -020
SNIPER (ABL) -020 is a conjugate of the ABL inhibitor Dasatinib and the IAP ligand Bestatin, linked to effectively degrade BCR-ABL. This proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) has demonstrated utility in both in vitro and in vivo research models for studying chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and drug resistance mechanisms.
