SNIPER (ER) -87 is a heterobifunctional degrader that links an IAP ligand to 4-hydroxytamoxifen, selectively recruiting XIAP to ubiquitinate and degrade ERα (IC50 = 0.097 μM) . This PROTAC-like molecule is a valuable chemical tool for studying targeted protein degradation in ERα-positive breast cancer models, both in vitro and in vivo.
