Sulfo-SPDB-DM4 is a cleavable linker-payload conjugate for constructing antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) . It delivers the potent maytansinoid DM4, a microtubule-disrupting agent, to target cells. This conjugate is widely used in preclinical cancer research for evaluating ADC efficacy in both in vitro and in vivo models.
