Sulfo-PDBA-DM4 is a glutathione-cleavable drug-linker conjugate designed for constructing antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) . It enables the targeted delivery of the cytotoxic maytansinoid DM4, a potent tubulin inhibitor, for research in oncology, supporting both in vitro and in vivo ADC efficacy studies.
