Deacylcortivazol
Deacylcortivazol (DAC, CAS 4906-84-7) is a potent glucocorticoid that inhibits growth of glucocorticoid-resistant CEM-C7 leukemia cells, with cytotoxicity at high concentrations independent of glucocorticoid receptors. It is applied in research on receptor mechanisms and resistance in both in vitro and in vivo models.
