Bim-BLK-A
Bim-BLK-A is a small molecule inhibitor of mitochondrial apoptosis that targets succinate dehydrogenase subunit B (SDHB) in complex II. By preserving electron transport chain integrity after Bax activation, it enables continued cell proliferation and is used in apoptosis research both in vitro and in vivo.
