KUNG94 is a potent and selective small-molecule inhibitor of the endoplasmic reticulum chaperone Grp94 (IC50 = 8 nM) . Its selectivity over cytosolic Hsp90 makes it a valuable research tool for studying Grp94's role in protein folding, secretory pathway diseases, and in cancer research using both cellular and animal models.
