Maleimide-PEG4-NHS

Maleimide-PEG4-NHS is a heterobifunctional crosslinker that forms stable, non-cleavable bonds by reacting its NHS ester with amines (pH 7-9) and its maleimide with thiols (pH 6.5-7.5) . It is widely used for conjugating antibodies, peptides, and drug molecules in both in vitro assays and in vivo bioconjugation research.
