ST-168
ST-168 is a dual PI3K and MEK1 inhibitor with significantly enhanced potency against all PI3K isoforms and MEK1 compared to its predecessor, ST-162. It has demonstrated superior efficacy in reducing tumor growth in an A375 melanoma spheroid model, supporting its application in cancer research, particularly for studying MAPK and PI3K signaling pathways in vitro and in vivo.
