ARD-69 is a potent PROTAC degrader of the Androgen Receptor (AR) for prostate cancer research. It achieves DC50 values in the low nanomolar range in AR+ cell lines like LNCaP and VCaP, reducing AR protein >95% and suppressing AR-driven gene expression. This molecule is a valuable tool for investigating targeted protein degradation in both in vitro and in vivo models of castration-resistant prostate cancer.
