Forasartan
Forasartan is a non-peptide antagonist of the angiotensin II AT1 receptor, inhibiting angiotensin II-induced vasoconstriction and aldosterone secretion. It is utilized in cardiovascular research to study hypertension mechanisms in both in vitro receptor binding assays and in vivo models of blood pressure regulation.
