Grayanotoxin III
Grayanotoxins are neurotoxic diterpenoids originally isolated from the Japanese plant Leucothoe grayana (Ericaceae) . These compounds are used in neuroscience research to study voltage-gated sodium channels, with applications in both in vitro electrophysiology and in vivo toxicological models.
