SNIPER (ABL) -38 is a proteolysis-targeting chimera that induces the degradation of the BCR-ABL oncoprotein by recruiting inhibitor of apoptosis proteins (IAPs) . This tool compound is used in vitro and in vivo to study targeted protein degradation and chronic myeloid leukemia pathogenesis.
