Flutax-2
This fluorescent taxol derivative is a high-affinity microtubule probe (Ka ~ 107 M−1) with excitation/emission maxima at ~496/526 nm. It is widely used for real-time visualization of microtubule dynamics and stability in both live-cell imaging and in vitro reconstitution assays within cell biology and cancer research.
