Cytostatin
Cytostatin is a natural antitumor compound that inhibits cell adhesion to laminin and collagen IV, reducing B16 melanoma metastasis in mice. It induces apoptosis in fibrosarcoma cells and acts as a potent, selective protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) inhibitor, useful for studying cancer cell migration and signaling pathways in vitro and in vivo.
