11-trans Leukotriene D4
11-trans Leukotriene D4 is a stereoisomer of LTD4 formed during storage, retaining partial (10-25%) contractile activity in guinea pig ileum, trachea, and lung parenchyma assays. It is used in respiratory and inflammation research to study cysteinyl leukotriene receptor pharmacology and signaling in both in vitro and ex vivo tissue models.
