Anguinomycin A
Anguinomycin A is a Streptomyces-derived antibiotic and leptomycin B analog with potent cytotoxicity against P388 leukemia cells in vitro (IC50 0.1-0.2 ng/ml) . It also exhibits in vivo antitumor efficacy in a mouse Lewis lung carcinoma model at 62.5 μg/kg/day, supporting its study in oncology research.
