MC-betaglucuronide-MMAE-1 is a cleavable linker-drug conjugate for constructing antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) . Its payload, MMAE, inhibits tubulin polymerization, enabling potent antitumor activity. This conjugate is utilized in ADC research for both in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo efficacy studies in preclinical cancer models.
