R-BC154 is a high-affinity fluorescent inhibitor targeting integrins α4β1 and α9β1, derived from BOP. It enables the visualization and study of these integrins in vitro and is utilized in vivo for the rapid and preferential mobilization of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) .
