P21d hydrochloride
P21d hydrochloride is a potent, selective Brk inhibitor (IC50 = 30 nM) with over 650-fold selectivity against Aurora B and Lck. It downregulates SNAIL, restores E-cadherin, and suppresses breast cancer cell migration. This orally bioavailable compound is active in both cellular assays and in vivo models for studying metastasis and EMT.
