PA Nic
PA Nic is a photocaged nicotine compound that releases nicotine upon one-photon (390–400 nm) or two-photon (<900 nm) irradiation. It is a precise research tool for spatiotemporally controlled activation of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in complex biological preparations, including brain slice electrophysiology.
