Peplomycin
Peplomycin is a bleomycin analog with potent antitumor activity and a reduced risk of pulmonary toxicity. It is used in research to study apoptosis in oral squamous carcinoma cells in vitro and mechanisms of pulmonary fibrosis in rat models in vivo.
