Sp-cAMPS triethylamine
Sp-cAMPS triethylamine is a cell-permeable cAMP analog that potently activates PKA isoforms while competitively inhibiting PDE3A (K i 47.6 μM) and binding the PDE10A GAF domain. It is widely used in vitro and in vivo to study cAMP/PKA signaling pathways in neuroscience, cardiology, and cellular physiology research.
