TRFS-green is a selective off-on fluorescent probe designed for imaging thioredoxin reductase (TrxR) in living cells, with peak absorbance near 373 nm. It is widely used in redox biology research for real-time monitoring of TrxR activity in both live-cell and in vitro assays.
