WH-15
WH-15 is a fluorogenic reporter for phospholipase C (PLC) enzymes, with Km values of 49, 30, and 86.1 μM for PLC-γ1, PLC-δ1, and PLC-β2, respectively. Its cleavage yields fluorescent 6-aminoquinoline, enabling real-time visualization of PLC activity in both live-cell imaging and in vitro enzymatic assays.
