Mifamurtide TFA
Mifamurtide TFA (MTP-PE TFA) is a synthetic muramyl dipeptide analog and NOD2 ligand that functions as an immunomodulator by activating macrophages and monocytes. It has been investigated as an orphan drug in osteosarcoma treatment and studied for its insulin-sensitizing effects in relevant in vivo and in vitro research models.
