LEB-03-146
LEB-03-146 is a deubiquitinase-targeting chimera (DUBTAC) that stabilizes the WEE1 kinase by recruiting OTUB1 to it via a proteolysis-targeting chimera strategy. It has demonstrated effective WEE1 protein stabilization in cellular studies, such as in HEP3B hepatoma cells, providing a novel chemical tool for oncology and targeted protein stabilization research.
