OARV-771 is a cell-permeable, VHL-based PROTAC that potently degrades BET proteins, with DC50 values of 6 nM for BRD4, 1 nM for BRD2, and 4 nM for BRD3. This molecule is a valuable chemical tool for investigating BET protein function in both cellular and in vivo models of oncology and inflammatory diseases.
