SNIPER (TACC3) -11 is a potent and selective degrader of the FGFR3-TACC3 fusion oncoprotein. It effectively reduces target protein levels, suppressing the proliferation of FGFR3-TACC3-positive cancer cells in vitro and demonstrating antitumor efficacy in relevant in vivo models.
