CI-39

CI-39 is a natural product-derived non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI) active against wild-type HIV-1. With an EC50 of 3.40 μM and a CC50 >30 μM, it selectively inhibits both the DNA polymerase and RNase H activities of HIV-1 RT, making it a useful tool for antiviral mechanism studies in vitro.
