Anti-MRSA agent 4
Anti-MRSA agent 4 (compound 7a) is a potent and selective small-molecule inhibitor of Gram-positive MRSA, exhibiting an MIC of ≤0.26 μM. It shows no cytotoxicity or hemolytic activity in HEK293 cells, making it a promising candidate for in vitro antibacterial mechanism studies and the development of novel anti-infective therapeutics.
