Rofapitide tetraxetan (FAP-2286) is a potent and selective fibroblast activation protein (FAP) inhibitor with low nanomolar affinity. This DOTA-conjugated compound enables targeted imaging of the tumor stroma, as demonstrated by its use in preclinical and clinical PET imaging studies when radiolabeled with isotopes like 68Ga.
