18β-Glycyrrhetyl-3-O-sulfate
18β-Glycyrrhetyl-3-O-sulfate is a major metabolite of glycyrrhetinic acid and a potent inhibitor of 11β-HSD2 (IC50 = 0.10 μM) . It is a substrate for OAT1 and OAT3 transporters and is used in research on pseudohyperaldosteronism and anti-inflammatory mechanisms in both in vitro and in vivo models.
